Fanatics Live Auctions from WWE World

How do you engage two distinct audiences, on two very different platforms, in two entirely different formats—all while performing live in front of a crowd? That was the challenge I faced when developing the technical solution for WWE’s partnership with Fanatics Live. Fanatics Live is a live auction platform where users can bid on sports memorabilia while watching a vertical live stream. YouTube is….well, it’s YouTube: predominately horizontal catering to a more traditional digital media format.

With this concept in mind, I designed a stream that not only maximized revenue potential but also created an intimate, engaging experience for WWE fans. The key was to make viewers feel like they were part of a personal conversation with WWE talent. From there, I adapted the same settings to a horizontal layout for our YouTube streams, ensuring we maintained best practices for both platforms without compromising quality.

The result was a unique, multi-platform experience that brought fans closer to WWE talent than ever before, showcasing my ability to deliver innovative and effective streaming solutions across diverse platforms.
