The World’s Greatest Gamer
The World’s Greatest gamer is a project I’ve wanted to do for quite some time. I actually initially wanted it for UpUpDownDown at the WWE, but the consensus from others was that it would be too hard to pull off live - a challenge I have since learned to accept and tackle head on.
Normally it is a bad idea to put a less polished video as an example of your best work, but I have this here because I think it showcases something incredibly important in all productions - working smarter not harder. Utilizing OBS I have built in automatic systems that actually allow me to manage this stream and host AND handle gaming tech all at the same time. Projects that I have needed a team of 3-5 people to handle I am tackling myself with incredibly positive results - utilizing programs like streamerbot, AI powered PTZ cameras and OBS plugins like move and scene switcher.
With every entry in this live event series I am able to double the quality and put out something absolutely astounding, but more importantly I have been able to build a community. People who have printed out social promo posts and put them on sign posts without me asking. People who have built trophies and discord servers to stay in touch with other players they have never met before. Community is the greatest tool you can utilize in your digital content business.
